Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

We ship to addresses within the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the size and destination of the item.

We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If your package is lost or delayed, contact us and we’ll assist in tracking or filing a claim if necessary.
🔁 Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal at delivery, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping fees.
