🛍️ Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at info@autolawn.us with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@autolawn.us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
