🛍️ Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, we accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at 📧 info@autolawn.us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please do not return items without contacting us first.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item, email us at 📧 info@autolawn.us with a photo and your order number.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

  • Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear on your account

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

📦 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
